Celtica Unfortunately this attraction closed at the beginning of 2006
Centre for Alternative Technology Europe's leading eco-centre. They aim to inspire, inform and enable people to explore sustainable ways of living.  A unique day out with something for everyone.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.  More information
Children's Farm Park At Llanfair, near Harlech.  Junior tractors, indoor sand pit, crazy golf, birds of prey and farm animals.  All weather attraction.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.  On same site, but at extra charge, Llanfair Slate Caverns.
Ewe-Phoria Snowdonia is well known for it's sheep and sheepdogs.  Ewe-Phoria is the home of the world champion sheepdog, Bob and his owner/hander Aled Owen.  Visit Ewe-Phoria to learn about sheep and sheep farming with live demonstrations of sheering, shepherding and the life of a dog and his master.  Great cafe and a nice play area for smaller children.  More information
Inigo Jones Slate works Unique as a surviving, thriving, fully operational slate works.  Watch craftsmen at work and visit the historical exhibitions.  Hands on exhibits and things to try.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.   More information.
Lasynys Fawr This was the home to Ellis Wynne (1671 - 1734) one of Wales' foremost prose writers.  Dating back to 1600 it is one of the best examples of houses of that period.  Situated on the B4573 between Talsarnau and Harlech.  Leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.

Maes Artro Village Unfortunately this attraction has been taken over by new owners and is due to be demolished in 2006.

At Llanbedr.  Museum of bygone days.  RAF Museum, rural heritage, yester years museum, homefront exhibition, woodland walks, various pieces of military equipment and ice cream parlour.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.    Recently visited by Living TV's "Most Haunted" team.  See the video of the shows at Cadair View Lodge and visit site for yourself!

Merthyr Farm - Working Welsh Hill Farm See a sheepdog demonstration, sheep sheering, visit the cowshed and talk to the farmer.  Spectacular scenery.  Only open selected days of selected months.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.  Phone for information.  Mr and Mrs Roberts 01766 780344.
Portmeirion Village & Gardens Set on its own private peninsula this folly has been the setting for numerous films and TV shows.  Explore the village and shops and then walk along the deserted beach or through the woods and gardens.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.  More information 
Rabbit Farm At Llanystumdwy, Criccieth.  Feed and hold rabbits and guinea pigs.  Pet puppies.  Pony rides.  See leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.
The Red Dragon Heritage Centre New for Summer 2004!  Discover the site where the Red Dragon conquered the White Dragon.  Enter the ancient holy city of Dinas Emrys.  Uncover the mysteries and secrets of Merlin!  And much, much more.  Located at the Sygun Copper Mine at Beddgelert this new attraction is under cover so you can go no matter what the weather!  More information
Shell Island Accessible by car over a tidal causeway.  Beautiful beaches, high sand dunes, numerous varieties of shells and a harbour. 
Talhenbont Hall Near Criccieth.  Built in 1607 and used as a garrison for Cromwell's soldiers, now harbours it's fair share of friendly ghosts!  Walk the River and Nature Trails - look out for otters.  Visit the Quackery and the adventure playground.  See the leaflet at Cadair View Lodge.
