The location |
Our log cabins are 850 ft up a
hillside in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. They overlook
the Rhinog mountains and/or the Cadair Idris range. They are easily
accessible via main trunk roads and are in an ideal location for touring the
whole of North and Mid Wales.
Our visitors are always amazed by
how quiet it is even during the height of the Season. |

The best cabins |
All of our
cabins are privately owned. They are all well maintained, have a good
standard of decor and we insist that they are well equipped with TVs,
videos, hi-fi systems. Some have DVDs and satellite TV. All
electricity is included - there are no coin operated meters. |

The cleanest cabins |
We personally
supervise the cleaning of our cabins. Our mugs don't have rings in
them, our ovens are clean and there's no hairs in the plugholes. If
there is an issue with anything in the cabin we will do our best to rectify
it immediately. |

Smoke free - pet free cabins |
All of our cabins are smoke free.
We only allow pets into certain
cabins. By doing this we have cabins that we can guarantee have not
had pets in over the last year or more. |

The best service |
We pride ourselves on our
customer service and the feedback that we receive from customers reflects
the effort that we put in.
All customers are met and
personally escorted to their cabins - no matter what time of day or night
they arrive. We do not leave keys in doors if you arrive after office
hours. You are not left to drive around the village trying to find
your cabin. There is always somebody on hand to give you directions if
you are having trouble finding the site.
If need be we will help you to
plan your visit. We can provide details of local activity providers,
walks or bike rides to meet your needs and abilities and details of what's
happening locally during your stay. |

Help with accessibility issues |
Due to the nature of the properties and their physical
location they cannot meet everyone's needs. We try our best to
accommodate everyone and we will try to provide any information that a
potential customer needs to assess the suitability of a property for them. |
| We do our best to support the local community by shopping locally and using
local trades people wherever possible. We also try to encourage
our visitors to support our local visitor attractions. |
