In the olden days, before online booking systems, I used to spend my days on the phone to guests and potential guests.  They'd tell me about why they were coming to stay with us, the things that they wanted to do during their visit, who was coming with them.  I'd hear about families, memories of when they'd stayed with us before or about coming to Snowdonia as a child.  I'd help our guests to plan their stay and suggest places for them to go.  All part of our customer service.

Now... most people book via our online system... which is great, there are fewer late night phone calls and weekends are quieter.  But we miss hearing about people's lives.

I'm sort of retired now but Rachel is doing my job!  If you have a question or would like to book with a "real person" she'll be only too happy to help you.
