If guests are forced to cancel their stay because:
we are still closed
we are forced to close (due to a local outbreak or a local lock down)
guest or a member of their party has tested positive for Covid-19
a guest has been told to quarantine by the test + trace team
they will be offered the choice of:
moving their stay to a later date
us holding monies paid as credit towards a stay at a later date (to be used by November 2021)
a full refund
In the case that either somebody within your party has had a positive test or that somebody within your party has been told to quarantine please send us a copy of the official confirmation document.
Outside of these circumstances our usual cancellation policy applies.
A stay can be cancelled at any time. However a fee will be charged as follows:
A stay cancelled more than 4 weeks before arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the deposit paid.
A stay cancelled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the accommodation cost (whether it has been paid or not).
If a booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival we will refund the cost of any extras booked and paid for e.g. catering costs.
We strongly advise the purchase of holiday insurance to cover the possibility of you having to cancel.
We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy and can't move the date of bookings. Please note that a binding contract comes into force between the Party Leader and Cadair View Lodge Ltd once a deposit has been paid.
