4. Cancelling Your Stay
If we are unable to have you to stay e.g. due to us being locked down OR you being unable to travel due to a lock down then we will either arrange for you to re-book your stay (there may be a price increase depending on when you re-book) or we will refund your money in full.
If you or a member of your party contract Covid and are unable to visit us then there is no refund of money paid. See Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your stay for any other reason (including accident, illness, change of plans, loss of job, bereavement, etc.) then our usual cancellation policy applies. See Cancellation Policy We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover these situations.
5. Charged Per Stay: Prices are calculated per cabin stay, not per person, giving families excellent value.
