Awyr Las Log Cabin

"Awyr Las" means "blue sky" in Welsh and lots of blue sky can be seen from this cabin.

This is a great log cabin if you and your party need accommodation with parking alongside.

The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests (double bed and a set of bunk beds) but it is ideal for a couple to have a weekend break too.

The cabin is in the middle of Trawsfynydd Leisure Village in a slightly elevated position, giving a great view of the Rhinogydd range of mountains.  It is part of the Snowdonia Dark Sky Reserve and has a great view of the sky to the west.

Awyr Las has parking alongside the cabin for 1 car.  Access is over a short, rough path with a small step up to its sunny deck.

The cabin is pet friendly (2 dogs maximum).  There is a gate on the deck.

My favourite things about Awyr Las:

  • the view - always changing

  • parking alongside the cabin

  • large deck

More information

The parking space for this cabin is right alongside.  Great for guests who have trouble walking very far (but the very short path is across a rough area of ground) or for those who have lots of luggage with them.  It's also a great place to stay if arriving by motorcycle.  Parking is right outside the window.

The cabin is heated via electric storage heaters and fan heaters.  There is unlimited hot water from electric water heaters and there is an electric shower.  All electricity is included in the price.

We will supply bed linen for all beds booked.

Find out about our Welcome Pack HERE.

The cabin has a well equipped kitchen with full sized stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

Awyr Las is great for families, couples, small groups.  This cabin is directly in front of Caban Eryri so ideal if your party needs to rent several cabins.  It is also around 2 minutes walk from Pine Tree Lodge with Dan yr Ser and Haulfryn just further up the path.
